FOR THOSE WHO ARE NEW TO THE HEAT

Heat is a central part of the experience at THESTUDIO – it supports cleansing, increases flexibility, and allows for a deeper sense of presence.

But we understand that every body is different. That’s why we also offer selected sessions with gentle heat as well as a few non-heated classes – designed for those who prefer a softer introduction or simply enjoy a gentler practice.

“The heat meets you, softens the body and opens the mind – creating space for transformation”

HOT BIKRAM YOGA

Bikram Yoga is a deeply therapeutic practice that helps the body and mind find balance. Through a set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, performed in a heated room at 40°C, this practice creates a holistic approach to wellness.

The heat increases flexibility by loosening muscles and improving blood circulation, while the deep breathing exercises strengthen the respiratory system and promote calm and presence. If you already have an overactive or over-stimulated nervous system, Bikram Yoga can help you find balance – an opportunity to regulate stress levels, create calm and achieve mental clarity.

In addition to the physical benefits, Bikram Yoga supports the body’s natural cleansing processes while supporting and optimizing all body systems such as the lymphatic, digestive, endocrine, detoxification and nervous systems. The increased blood circulation helps the liver and kidneys perform their vital functions, while sweating cleanses the skin and can give a healthy, radiant glow.

Heat, movement and compression positions support the body’s natural cleansing process for optimal health.

Bikram Yoga is a practice that is accessible to all levels – especially beginners. It’s both challenging and safe, a structured yet personal journey towards greater strength, flexibility and emotional balance.

HOT YIN YOGA

Yin yoga is a slow and meditative practice that focuses on holding passive poses for longer periods of time, typically between 3 and 5 minutes. Unlike more active yoga styles such as Vinyasa, Yin yoga targets the deeper connective tissues, including ligaments, tendons and fascia, rather than the muscles. The prolonged stretches help increase flexibility, improve joint health and promote blood circulation.

Ideal for those seeking deep relaxation, flexibility and stress reduction.

HOT VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and fluid style of yoga that emphasizes the seamless connection between breath and movement. In a Vinyasa class, each movement is synchronized with an inhalation or exhalation, creating a smooth and continuous flow of postures.

Ideal for those who want a creative, fluid practice that builds both strength and flexibility.

HOT RESTORATIVE YOGA

Restorative yoga is a gentle and deeply relaxing practice that aims to promote healing, rest and renewed energy. The focus is on supporting the body in passive poses held for longer periods of time – typically between 5 and 20 minutes – using props such as blankets, pillows and blocks to create comfort and stability.

Ideal for those who need stress reduction, deep relaxation and a break from the pace of everyday life.
