HOW TO USE YOUR CLASS-PASS
Ready to find your calm? Your Class-Pass gives you access to a yoga session of your choice at THESTUDIO. Here’s how to activate and use it with ease:
- 1. Register to create your member profile.
- 2. Download the Member app and book your yoga session.
- 3. Bring your Class-Pass with you to validate when you arrive.
We look forward to welcoming you to a moment of presence, movement, and calm at THESTUDIO Aarhus.
Validity: Your Class-Pass is valid for 6 months from the date of issue (manually noted on your card). Please remember to book and use your session within this period.

The class schedule may be adjusted slightly in the weeks leading up to the opening. A minimum of 22 sessions per week is guaranteed and we expect to start with even more. Final times and details will be confirmed shortly.

OUR YOGA TYPES
We offer four carefully selected types of yoga, each of which supports your development – physically and mentally. Whether you’re looking for the powerful and intense or the calm and restorative, you’ll find your practice here.
- Hot Bikram Yoga: 90 minutes of intense exercise in 40 degree heat. Perfect for strengthening your body, increasing your flexibility and giving you mental clarity.
- Hot Yin Yoga: Slow and meditative yoga that focuses on your connective tissue and deep relaxation. Ideal for you to reduce stress and relieve tension.
- Hot Vinyasa Yoga: A dynamic and energetic practice where your movements and breath flow together. For those seeking strength, flexibility and mindfulness.
- Hot Restorative Yoga: Gentle and relaxing practice with a focus on rest and renewed energy. Perfect for those who want total peace and self-care.
